The gardens at this hotel are simply breathtaking, like a paradise straight out of a fairytale! I felt like I was wandering through a magical forest, with each step revealing a new hidden treasure. It truly made my stay unforgettable. 

Located in 1 mile from plaza del charco. Restaurante Oliva is short way from the hotel.

I had an amazing time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location on the outskirts of town was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they always went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

Friendly and accommodating staff made our stay enjoyable. Clean and well-maintained facilities with a nice pool area. We appreciated having a convenient shuttle service that took us to and from the city center. 

This hotel is located near the beautiful Botanical gardens, great for a walk. A bus stop is close by, making it easy to reach other areas. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and

Nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was great, with a good variety of fresh fruits and pastries to choose from. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a fitness center and a pool.

The hotel had hidden additional charges for basic amenities, such as drinking water and in-room safe. The location of the hotel was quite far from the city center, however, they do offer a shuttle service.

Attentive staff made our stay truly special. Davinia in the bar and Gustavo by the pool were exceptional. Spotlessly clean rooms, delicious food with quick replenishment, and a generous selection of wines and drinks.
